Terms & Conditions

1. Using this website

By using this website you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. Please don't misuse the site: for example, don't submit false reservations, send automated or spam submissions, try to break its security, or copy its content for commercial use.

2. Reservations

A request made through this website is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us by email or phone.
We hold tables for [15 minutes] after the reserved time. After that, the table may be released.
Parties of [8 or more] and private events must be booked by phone and may require a deposit and a set menu.
Please give accurate contact details so we can reach you about your booking.

3. Cancellations & no-shows

Please cancel or change your reservation at least [24 hours] in advance by phone or using the link in your confirmation. For large parties and special events, a deposit or cancellation fee of [amount] may apply to late cancellations and no-shows. We will always tell you about any fee before you book.

Menus, dishes and prices on this site are for information and may change with the season and availability.
Prices don't include tax or gratuity. A service charge of [20%] may be added for parties of [8 or more].
Our kitchen handles common allergens, including shellfish, fish, nuts, dairy, eggs, soy and gluten. We cannot guarantee any dish is completely free of allergens. Please tell your server about any allergies before you order.
Consuming raw or undercooked seafood, such as ceviche, may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.

5. Alcohol

We serve alcohol only to guests aged 21 or older with valid ID, in line with Maryland law. We may refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated. Please drink responsibly.

6. Gift cards & events

Gift cards and event bookings, if offered, are subject to the terms shown at the time of purchase.

7. Content & trademarks

The Peruvian Soul name, logo, photography, menu descriptions and site design belong to Peruvian Soul or its licensors. You may share links to our pages, but you may not reuse our content without permission. Reviews shown on this site are our guests' own opinions.

8. Third-party links

This site links to services we don't control, such as Google Maps, social media and our reservation provider. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

9. Disclaimers & liability

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”, and we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, Peruvian Soul is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Frederick County, Maryland, unless the law requires otherwise. We may update these terms; the “Effective” date above shows the latest version.
