NDUR Return & Refund Policy

1. Contact & Return Request Window

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us at support@ndur.com within 7 days of delivery.
When contacting us, include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue (if applicable)
    This helps us review your request faster. 


2. How Returns Are Handled

Once your return request is approved:

  • You may return the item to our return address in its original packaging.

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed with all original tags intact.

  • Items that are worn, altered, damaged, or improperly packaged cannot be accepted.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified by NDUR. 


3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be:

  • Issued to the original payment method in the currency used at purchase.

  • Processed within a reasonable timeframe after the returned item is received and inspected.
    Refunds typically reflect only the product cost; shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

  • Items correctly printed or produced according to the purchase request that the buyer no longer wants.

  • Items that are intentionally damaged or improperly handled.

  • Certain personal-use items for hygiene or safety reasons (for example, intimate apparel, unless defective).

  • Sample items if offered. 


5. Order Cancellations & Production Status

  • If your order has not entered production, you may request cancellation for a full refund.

  • Once production has started, cancellations are typically not possible.

  • If production has started but your order has not been shipped, shipping fees may be refunded at NDUR’s discretion. 


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged,

  • Defective, or

  • Incorrect (wrong item/size/print error),

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
We will evaluate your claim and, if approved, offer a refund or replacement


7. Shipping Delays & Partial Refunds

In rare cases where an order is significantly delayed but still delivered:

  • NDUR may offer a partial refund as compensation if the delay was due to our processing/shipping error.
